I am a strong believer in the power of collaboration, and this is one of the key themes that we follow in the GCF. For this, I leverage my many years of experience with Toastmasters, and particularly with the experience I gained through guiding Toastmasters International District 82 to being the Best District in the World in the year 2007-2008. I have also served as President in two of the most senior TM clubs in Bangalore, and I am happy to use my skills as a speaker to enable and empower members of the GCF. I look forward to the new expansion plan and would like to see more people reach higher levels of success and excellence.

VP Education - Tarun Hinduja

Every time I see someone reach a new level of confidence and a higher level of communication skills, I am reminded of how I used to struggle at one time to even utter even a single sentence. Thanks to good mentoring, and a lot of practice, I used my inborn ability to push myself and to get the best out of the leaders around me. Today... I am proud to be able to mentor others, and I feel that it is this joy of adding value to others that lifts me up and makes me want to be more and do more. I am happy to be the VP Education at the GCF, and I welcome anyone who wants to reach a higher level of achievement in people skills and leadership to join us on Fridays at the Catholic Club. Seeing is... Believing... Doing is Empowering.

VP Membership - Ram Kapai

A financial consultant, born (1962) & brought up in NAMMA BENGALURU, was the sole distributor for HMV, POLYGRAM and LAHIRI for 10 yrs. gave up music business in 2002.

Happily Married to MADHU for 23 yrs & will LOVE HER untill the last breath of life, BLESSED with 2 lovely kids -- AMRITA, teenaged daughter & MAANAV, young son.

Love to play cricket every morning, Love to dance, sing, Quote & write hindi SHAYARIs too. Actively involved, as office bearer of Puj Sindhi Panchayat & Committee Member of Sindhi Seva Samiti.

GCF HAS TRANSFORMED MY LIFE!

I have been POSITIVELY CHARGED & ENERGISED FOREVER! When I joined.... I used to ask myself ...."CAN I" even when solving simple tasks, Today when I am faced with TOUGH CHALLENGES, I am SURE "I CAN".

I now continue to strive, to ADD LIFE to all my relationships, earlier I used to struggle to maintain relationships even with the most loved ones.

My dream is to INSPIRE people & be motivated at all times in all the spheres of life i.e fitness, health, harmony, happiness, finance, peace & contentment. Also wish to motivate friends all around me, to do the same.

Fortunate to be HEADING & LEADING an extremely talented TEAM at The GCF, this has made my job a lot easier. Always Believed, "TEAM WORK...... .......MAKES DREAMS WORK"!!!

VP Public Relations - Anita Faria

I am a happy, fun loving person who like to enjoy life - on the professional and personal levels. My big dream is be famous, richer and happier. In the meantime, I enjoy adding value to my world and achieving targets. I have had a mixed career over the past 25 years:

• Principal Trainer and Operations Head of Finesse India a division of A-PEP called Finesse, and am passionate about training people in Corporate Culture, Grooming, Etiquette and Communication Skills.
• Area Manager - Operations, and then Regional Manager - Sales, Marketing and Franchising for a Pan-India wellness company
• VP India for a Pan- India Wellness company
• Director in a Real Estate Development company
• Proprietor and Consultant of an interior decorating firm, and Real Estate Consultancy.

I have headed clubs in Ladies Circle India (LC 36- Past President - 2000), Toastmasters ( LA1924 - Past President- 2001, GCF - Past President- 2007) and most of all, I enjoy the meetings at the GCF. I look forward to enhancing the club in general and the members in particular.

Secretary - Savitha Reddy

I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling to various parts of the globe with them and most importantly, playing a fool with my two little kids. Whenever I am not playing with the kids, I love to play with my business ideas and build one of the biggest business empires in the world! Currently serving as - Managing Director at inlingua Bangalore, Director at R S Electronics Limited

I also like to help people around me, in whatever little ways I can, through whatever means I could. I believe that the basis of life is freedom (freedom from all kinds of worries) and the purpose of life is joy. GCF certainly set me free and am happy today. My only goal in life is to see freedom and happiness, in each and every person around me!!

Treasurer - Madan

A person who looks at the positive attributes in a person. Some of my hobbies include collecting coins, travelling etc.

I am a keen learner be it in training or marketing. I have so far successfully completed training assignments for a few business schools & SME's.

The GCF is a platform where my beliefs are reinforced specially in the aspect of public speaking & interpersonal skills. It helps me make new friends in turn results in increased awareness of my abilities as a person.

Searget @ Arms - Asif Usman Teekay

Born & educated in Mangalore. Relocated myself to Bangalore in 1985. An Aquarian with a tag of 3rd February. An Interior Designer by profession.

Happily married to Dr. Zakira with 2 lovely children Sarah (15 yrs) & Sahil (12 Yrs). Have every reason to rejoice the day of Jesus' birth, as Zakira came in to my life on this Great Day.

Hard work & sincerity - the key words for success. Off late started trying not to be a perfectionist and always believe in giving 100% to whatever I do. A spade for me would never go by any other name.

GCF with its homely atmosphere is an excellent platform to get rid of one's inhibitions & acquire perfect communication skills.
